We are in Yardville, NJ where we moved to in 2016. Our location gives us close access to NY and NJ ports.

Is there a minimum amount of orders you will ship?
We work with everything from startups to corporate giants. We pride ourselves in helping our customers grow by offering them systems that work. This helps keep costs down and supports growth from the start.
How does shipping work?
You can utilize our shipping accounts for your business needs or provide us your own to use. It's no secret, there is a wide variety of discounts in the shipping world. We can tailor a cost structure for you that works with or without discounts.
Do you ship to Amazon, Target, Walmart, etc?
Yes! We ship both DTC and B2B. So if you're looking to consolidate your inventory for dropship and bulk business into one facility, consider us as an option! We know the ins and outs of compliancy for each vendor, so you can feel safe in TFH handling your order flow.
Do you handle returns?
Yup! Returns are the secret cost businesses frequently forget to factor in. We can handle returns if you'd like us to!
What's your turnaround time for orders?
We get parcel orders out within 24-48 hours of receipt into our system. Larger orders and LTL/compliant orders may take up to 4 days to get out, it's all dependent upon ship windows and compliancy needs for that order type.
Do you handle cross-docking?
Yes! Our convenient location offers a lot of opportunity for this.
What is a 5PL? Do we have to partner on all services!
A 5PL partner is a more official term of partnership that we've been practicing for over 30 years, before there was even a term for it! We can handle all of your AP/AR needs, be your home for ERP for your business, handle all customer service (live phones, email, etc), answer questions from vendors, handle your EDI connectivity, consult on inventory management from factory to warehouse and so much more. You do not have to have all of these needs to start with us! Most of our customers began with just order fulfillment and as they realized they needed more help in other areas, we were there to assist. We can do as much or as little as you need!
